Meet The Facilitator
Hafidha Ustadha Samia Saad (Umm Ibrahim)
Hafidha Samia has memorised the Glorious Quran from an early age. She holds ijaza in both Hafs and Sho’bah dialects of the Qur’an, in a chain (sanad) connected back to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
She graduated from the College of Shariah and Islamic Studies, Al-Azhar University, Egypt. She teaches sciences of the Qur’an (Tajweed, Tafsir and Taddabur) Arabic and Islamic Studies to sisters and children in Alexandra, Egypt and Halifax, United Kingdom where she currently lives with her family. She is involved in many dawah works and has helped many students achieve high proficiency in the recitation, memorisation of the Qur’an and its practical relevance to day-to-day living.
