Du'a Vision Board
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "It is necessary that you do not become hasty." It was said: "What does being hasty mean, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "When one says: 'I supplicated to Allah but Allah did not answer me.'"
Sunan Ibn Majah 3853
Du'a is a long term plan and must begin with a vision board. We must not be hasty in du'a but rather we should cherish the sweetness of the closeness we achieve to Allah SWT through du'a.
Islamic Reminders
When My servants ask you ˹O Prophet˺ about Me: I am truly near. I respond to one’s prayer when they call upon Me. So let them respond ˹with obedience˺ to Me and believe in Me, perhaps they will be guided ˹to the Right Way˺.
Surat Al Baqara, 186
Allah SWT, Himself, tells us that He is near and answers when we call upon Him with no need for intermediaries, no middle man, and no fancy equipment. You just need to reach out to Him.
